Paying bills like rent, water, and electricity, cooking, doing household chores, and only yourself to do everything alone in your own home. Yeah, this big decision was one I recently made. Trust me when I say that I’ve thought about this a lot. But now that I’m all moved into my new place, do I have to face the gravity of my life-changing decision.
Not to worry though, we have JP Lagar from Batang 90’s podcast to offer tips and insight about independent living. Listen to this episode as JP and I share what we love about living alone and the struggles we’re facing as well. Freedom is not all fun and games, especially when you’ve got big responsibilities, pending due dates, and a very tight budget.

great podcast, I think only by moving out will you ever be able to learn the ways of life.
adulting! i started right after graduation when I went to Manila. It’s good, it’s rewarding. it’s freeing. congratulations on having your own place!
it really takes a lots of guts to move forward with a life on our own! adulting at its finest! kudos to you!
I can’t imagine not living independently now. My daughter is grown but she is young though and I suspect she may come back home at some point. It’s so hard to do it yourself right now. Prices are just so high.
Hehe…I have enjoyed this. Living independently is a big step moved in life. It teaches you to keep your eyes open.
Oh would love to listen to this podcast sounds so great!
Moving out of my parent’s house is one of the best decisions I had. I learned to be independent at an early age and I am grateful that my parents taught me about life. I also learned how to handle my own problems without my parents, coz going back to their nest is the least that I will do (for my own sake). Having your own space is very rewarding.
Oh neat, a different type of podcast. I’m always interested in checking new ones out.
I need to check this out! I’m always looking for new podcasts. Thanks for the heads up!
This sounds like a really great and interesting podcast. Can’t wait to listen to this!
