I’m sure you’ve heard of the word “Life Coach”, but do you honestly know what a life coach does? We are joined by licensed life coach, Miko Legaspi (Mix) from eMpowering Mindset Podcast to shed light on the topic. He shares his personal journey, his clients’ success stories, and several tidbits of lessons and perspectives about life. What does it mean to live a life by your design?
Your own journey towards success starts when you take that first step. It’s kind of up to you.

Having a life coach is always helpful, especially for someone who desperately needs that kind of guidance and support.
I think we really need a life coach, especially these days. In other countries, I think it is not free but thanks for sharing this, I’ll listen to this podcast.
very unpopular here sa atin ano? But if you have one, its a great chance to have a better outlook in life. i wonder how can they be not judgemental and be objective. ang hirap
Life Coaches are less popular here than it is in first world countries, but I’ve seen a couple of life coaches online. I think it’s great that we now have them. Some people do need help sorting through their lives and figure out the direction they want to take. And yes, it mostly starts with a revamp in mindset.
This is interesting. I havent tried to have a coach but it seems helpful not just for career building but also for personal growth
I heard before yung mga life coaches but now much clearer and galing talaga sa sarili mo to succeed in life. 🙂
this is interesting. how does one become a licensed life coach? i have been seeing a lot of licensed life coaches and they all speak eloquently. i guess this is a big requirement to be able to connect well your thoughts, noh?
thanks for the discord link! i will check his podcast too for some helpful insights.
Having a coach really helps. It’s like someone looking over you where the perspective is from the outside… the ones you don’t see.
