I should be buff by now, but I’m not losing fat or gaining muscle that I’m supposed to. It seems to be so easy for everybody else in the gym, but why wasn’t anything happening to me?
The greatest struggle in working out doesn’t happen in the gym, it happens in your bed: if you decide to get up and actually go. The challenging work-outs you put yourself through, you’ll push past and get better every time you do them.
Working out is so much more than just wanting to look good. It is about self-care and treating your body better. You have it in you to change your habit.
going to the gym was a resolution from the previous year and it has been something that I was always swearing to my friends nonstop that I was going to do. Some time. Hahaha.
